20 Minute Meals Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
12 ounces sliced mushrooms |
1 clove garlic, minced |
salt and pepper |
1/4 cup madeira vermouth or 1/4 cup wine |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add mushrooms and garlic and sauté until tender, 2 minutes. 2. Remove to a bowl. Season well with salt and pepper. 3. Add wine to pan and scrape up browned bits. 4. Add mushrooms to sauce to reheat. |
