These are simple, and yummy as a sidedish, or served on toasted English muffins for breakfast or lunch. Ingredients:
8 cups mushrooms, sliced |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in pan, add mushrooms and herbs. 2. Cook until mushroom are tender, stirring often. |
