My recipe published in Southern Living. I'm actually fixing these as I send it to zaar. Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine, melted |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large skillet. 2. Add mushrooms; saute' 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
