Sauteed Mushroom And Provolone Puffs |

Was cleaning out my fridge and came up with this one.... Haha. Ingredients:
1 package premade crescent roll |
2 tbsp. butter |
1 lg. onion, sliced |
1 box fresh mushrooms, clean and sliced |
salt and pepper to taste |
1/4 c. rose wine |
2 slices provolone cheese |
Directions:
1. In large skillet, heat butter until bubbly. Saute onion, mushrooms, salt, and pepper for 5 minutes. Add wine and continue to saute until mushrooms are tender. 2. Cut cheese into quarters. 3. Roll out crescent roll into 8 triangles and fill with mushroom mix and slice of cheese then roll together pinching around until completely sealed. 4. Place on ungreased baking sheet for 13 minutes 375 or until nicely browned. Serve with leftover mushrooms and onions. |
