Sauteed Greens with Lemon |

Saute beet greens, kale, swiss chard or spinach as a tasty partner to chicken or meat. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 clove garlic, finely chopped |
1 lb greens |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Wash greens, rinse, remove stems& set aside to dry. 2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 3. Add garlic& cook for 30 seconds. 4. Stir in greens, cover& cook for about 1 minute or until just wilted. 5. Sprinkle with lemon juice and season to taste. |
