This recipe was on an insert in a bag of potatoes... Ingredients:
2 -3 medium potatoes, peeled |
1/4 cup butter |
2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced |
1/4 cup water |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Melt butter and saute garlic in a skillet until tender. 2. Cut potatoes into cubes and add to skillet. 3. Add salt and pepper to taste. 4. Let potatoes cook slowly in a covered skillet and check occasionally. 5. If potatoes become too dry, add water. 6. Cook approximately 25 minutes. |
