Sauteed Edamame (Sandra Lee)

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 medium onion, diced
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 (10-ounce) bag frozen shelled edamame, thawed
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, season with salt and pepper, to taste and saute for 2 minutes.
