I'm not a big broccoli fan, but I did like this. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 clove garlic, minced |
2 cups packed chinese broccoli, 2 inch pieces |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in medium nonstick skillet. 2. Add garlic; saute 1 minute. 3. Rinse broccoli under cold water. 4. Do not pat dry. 5. Add broccoli to skillet; saute over high heat 5 minutes, stirring until limp. 6. Add soy sauce. 7. Reduce heat to low, and cook 5 minutes or until tender. 8. Season with pepper. |
