I was making Chicken With Mushroom Sauce for dinner but 2 of the daughters do not like mushrooms so I made theirs without. They gobbled these up and asked me to post the recipe....so here it is. Ingredients:
4 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
2 tablespoons oil |
salt & pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Flatten chicken to 1/4-in. thickness. Season with salt and pepper. 2. In a large nonstick skillet, cook chicken in oil over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Remove and keep warm. |
