Sauteed Cabbage with Horseradish |

A little bit of lemon and horseradish adds a lot of flavor to this quick side dish. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter |
5 cups shredded cabbage |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon horseradish (or to taste) |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a large skillet, add cabbage and salt. 2. Saute over medium heat 7- 10 minutes or until cabbage is wilted. 3. Add remaining ingredients, toss to combine and serve immediately. |
