A simple, easy sidedish. Gotta love those crunchy sprouts! Ingredients:
2 cups fresh bean sprouts |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Heat oil. 2. Add chopped onion and fry for 2 minutes. 3. Stir in salt and bean sprouts. 4. Cook and stir over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, or until as done as you like. 5. Serve immediately. |
