This is a quick and delicious I adapted from Oprah magazine. It is great with a roast or poultry. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
1 -2 lb baby carrots |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. Heat 1 T butter with water in a large skillet over medium heat. 2. Add carrots, cover and cook until softened- about 10 minutes. 3. Remove cover and cook, stirring often 5-10 minutes or until golden. 4. Add rest of butter and honey and transfer to serving dish. |
