Sauteed Apple over Ice Cream |

From Cooking Light. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter |
1 1/2 cups sliced peeled fuji apples |
1 tablespoon sugar |
3 tablespoons brandy |
1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 cup reduced-fat vanilla ice cream |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add apple; cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. 2. Add sugar, brandy, juice, and ginger; cook over medium-low heat 2 minutes or until apple is tender, stirring occasionally. Serve warm over ice cream. |
