Sauteed Apple over Ice Cream

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 cups sliced peeled fuji apples
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons brandy
1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup reduced-fat vanilla ice cream
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add apple; cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
2. Add sugar, brandy, juice, and ginger; cook over medium-low heat 2 minutes or until apple is tender, stirring occasionally. Serve warm over ice cream.
