This one is so different on taste...it tempts u ! Ingredients:
1 cup apple, finely chopped (granny smith or any green one) |
1 cup spring onion, finely chopped |
1 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon butter |
salt |
black pepper |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Put butter to melt in a flat bottomed pan. 2. Let it go hot a little. 3. Take care not to burn the same. 4. Add all the chopped ingredients and increase the heat to the highest. 5. While you see juices oozing out, add salt and black pepper powder. 6. Keep sauteeing on high heat for around 4-5 minutes. 7. Let the edges go brown a little. 8. Remove from heat and serve warm with breads or steamed rice. 9. Enjoy! |
