mushrooms cooked in a buttery delicious cream sauce.serve as horderve or side dish.hand copied from a mushroom web site while surfing at lube & latte Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1/2 cup cooking sherry wine |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed |
8 ounces sour cream |
2 lbs mushrooms |
Directions:
1. melt butter in large skillet,add sherry,soy and spices.stir to combine.add sour cream and stir till melted.bring to a simmer and add mushrooms.halve small mushrooms and quarter if large.cook 5-6 min till heated thru.if using for horderve,put in chafe dish or crock pot to keep warm.these will go fast so just add more mushrooms to sauce as needed. |
