I used baby spinach, as I already had a bag in my fridge. Serve with Wasabi Mash and Trumpeter With White Wine. Ingredients:
50 ml olive oil |
2 garlic cloves |
500 g spinach |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Sauté spinach in olive oil and garlic for one minute or until wilted. 2. Add salt and pepper to taste. |
