Sausages With Sweet-Hot Mustard

These make good appetisers or use the sauce for dipping chicken strips etc.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup vinegar

2 tablespoons ground mustard

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 lb polish sausage, cut bite size

Directions:

1. Mix honey, vinegar, mustard and salt.
2. Saute sausage bites until browned.
3. Add honey mixture and simmer for 2 minutes.
