Sausages With Sweet-Hot Mustard |

These make good appetisers or use the sauce for dipping chicken strips etc. Ingredients:
1/2 cup honey |
1/4 cup vinegar |
2 tablespoons ground mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 lb polish sausage, cut bite size |
Directions:
1. Mix honey, vinegar, mustard and salt. 2. Saute sausage bites until browned. 3. Add honey mixture and simmer for 2 minutes. |
