This salsa and cheese sausage casserole is easy to prepare, making it an excellent weeknight dinner option. Ingredients:
1 pound bob evansĀ® original or zesty hot sausage roll |
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup |
1 cup thick and chunky salsa |
1/2 cup milk |
6 flour tortillas (6 inches), cut into 1 inch pieces |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage until browned, stirring to separate. Drain. Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas, and half the cheese. Spoon into 2 quart shallow baking dish. Cover. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. |
