Sausage Stuffing w/Raisins |

Ingredients:
1 cup(s) raisins |
2 1/2 pound(s) sweet italian sausage w/fennel seeds |
1 bunch(es) parsley chopped |
3/4 cup(s) romano cheese grated |
3/4 cup(s) bread crumbs |
3 whole(s) eggs |
garlic to taste |
Directions:
1. Cook Sausage in Pieces, mix with Raisins and set aside to cool. Once cool, add breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, a pinch of garlic. Mix in eggs. The dressing should be moist. If it is dry, add the oil from the cooked sausage or more egg. If it is moist, add more breadcrumbs. The dressing must be cold prior to stuffing the bird. |
