Great get-together recipe. I've made this several times - sometimes spicy and sometimes not. I've also left out the red peppers on occaision. Always gets gobbled up! Ingredients:
1 lb sausage (cooked/drained) |
1 1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 1/2 c monterey jack cheese, shredded |
1 c prepared hidden valley ranch dip |
1 2.25 oz can black olives, chopped |
1/2 c red pepper, chopped |
1 package wonton wrappers (found in produce aisle) |
Directions:
1. Spray muffin pan or grease 2. Press 1 wanton wrapper in each to make a cup 3. Put 1 rounded tsp of mixture in each wonton 4. Cook in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes till wontons are brown. 5. I wasn't sure on the servings - depends on who eats how many. |
