Easy to make lots of flavor and they freeze very well. After fixing them I will let them cool and freeze them on a cookie sheet then transfer them to plastic bags. Just reheat then on cookie sheets in the oven until hot. Read more . They are a hit every time I take them somewhere. Ingredients:
2 cups 1lb cooked crumbled pork sausage |
1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese |
1 1/2 cups grated monterey jack cheese |
1 cup ranch dressing |
1 can (2.25 oz) sliced ripe olives |
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper |
1-2 pkg. won ton wrappers |
vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Drain and blot sausage dry and let cool 3. Mix the first six ingredients 4. Lightly grease a muffin tin 5. Brush the won ton wrappers with oil and press one each into the muffin tins 6. Fill about 2/3 full with sausage mixture 7. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes or until bubbly |
