Sausage Spinach Toretllini Soup |

Ingredients:
2 lbs. sweet sausage (pork, turkey or chicken) |
4 cups water |
3 cups chopped cabbage |
1 can fire roasted (14-1/2 oz) diced tomatoes |
2 can beef broth |
1 can french onion soup |
1-3/4 cup water mixed with 1 pkg dried onion soup mix |
1 bag of baby spinach |
1 cup of parmesan cheese |
1 tbsp sun dried tomatoe paste |
seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika |
1 pkg (12-16 oz) tortellini ( meat or cheese) |
Directions:
1. In large saucepan, cook sausage till no longer pink, (drain if too much oil in pan) 2. Stir in everything else except Tortellini. 3. Bring to boil over medium heat, cover and lower heat to simmer for one hour 4. Add tortellini and cook 7-9 minutes longer or till cooked and tender 5. Enjoy |
