Sausage Spaghetti Spirals |

A favorite with my kids. Ingredients:
1 lb italian sausage |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
5 cups spiral shaped pasta, cooked and drained |
1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce |
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, crumble and sauté sausage, onion, bell pepper, and garlic until meat it browned; drain. 2. Add in pasta, spaghetti sauce, and salt and pepper to taste; mix well. 3. Pour mixture into a greased 13x9-inch casserole. 4. Cover and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. 5. Remove cover; sprinkle with cheese. 6. Bake for 5-10 minutes more or until cheese is melted. |
