Very easy to do on a busy day. Ingredients:
1 lb pork sausage |
1 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup chopped celery |
1/2 cup chopped green pepper |
1 1/2 cups uncooked rice |
6 cups water |
2 envelopes chicken noodle soup mix |
Directions:
1. Brown sausage and vegetables; cook 3 minutes. 2. In a 9x13 pan, mix rice, water, and soup mix. 3. Add sausage mixture. 4. Bake, uncovered at 400* for 45 minutes. |
