Sausage Potato and Kale Soup |

Another frugal recipe for those of us tight on a budget! Ingredients:
1 garlic clove, minced |
4 cups water |
2 cups coarsely chopped kale |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 lb potato, diced |
1/2 lb italian sausage, cooked and drained |
Directions:
1. Bring everything but the potatoes and sausage to a boil. 2. Turn down and simmer about 8 minutes. 3. Add potatoes and sausage to simmering kale broth and cook until potatoes are tender. 4. Serve and enjoy. |
