Sausage Pie

Great for breakfast, brunch or dinner. Wonderful flavor and delicious! I have used half hamburger meat and half sausage.
Ingredients:
2 frozen pie crusts
1 lb sausage, ground, browned
4 eggs
1/2 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Placed cooked sausage into one pie shell.
2. Cover with cheese.
3. Top with egg. I prefer whipped but you can place unbeaten eggs into deliberate holes within the pie.
4. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. Cover with second pie crust.
6. Place slits into top shell.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until browned well.
