1. Stir-fry the following in 3 TB butter until crisp-tender: 2. /4 c. each, chopped onion and green pepper 3. /2 lb. mushrooms, sliced 4. cups fresh veggies (broccoli, peas, carrots, etc.) 5. /4 teaspoon garlic powder 6. teaspoon oregano 7. Add 1 lb. HIllshire or similar sausage, cut into bite-sized peices 8. Heat through. Stir in 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 9. Serve over buttered pasta with additional cheese |
