1 onion - large chopped |

1 pound(s) velveta cheese - cube |
1 package(s) small rye bread squares |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef, sausage, onion, salt, pepper and sage 2. Add Velveta cheese in chunks 3. Heat on low until melted. Stir constantly 4. Spread 1 tablespoon of meat mixture on small party ryes 5. Broil until a little crispy 6. Can make ahead and freeze 7. Thaw, broil and serve |
