My oldest loves sausage with syrup. This gives her pancakes and sausage in one! Big hit and dresses up drab pancakes. Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour (make it healthy with wheat!) |
2 t baking powder |
1 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp baking soda |
2 eggs |
2 cups milk |
2 t veg oil |
1 pound pork sausage cooked and drained |
syrup |
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine dry ingredients and mix together. 2. Beat the eggs, milk, oil together 3. Add the wet to the dry and mix until moistened 4. Fold in sausage 5. Pour onto skillet and cook both sides 6. Serve with syrup |
