Ingredients:
9 ounce(s) salt - regular
1 ounce(s) black pepper - coarse
1/4 ounce(s) sage
2 ounce(s) sugar
1/2 ounce(s) red pepper flakes
1 ounce(s) garlic powder
Directions:
1. Mix all seasoning ingredients together. Mix seasoning well into the ground meat.
2. May want to fry a small portion to taste. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
3. Package. Usually 1 or 1 1/2 lb. package.
