Great chili for a cold night. Ingredients:
1 lb pork sausage |
1 lb ground beef |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed french onion soup, undiluted |
2 tablespoons chili powder |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan cook meats until no longer pink. 2. Drain. 3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 4. Bring to a boil. 5. Reduce heat, cook and stir for 10-15 minutes or until thickened. |
