From the First United Methodist Church Cookbook, Heavenly Concoctions . Ingredients:
1 lb pork sausage |
1 (10 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup |
0.5 (10 ounce) can water |
3 cups baking mix |
Directions:
1. Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly, drain. 2. Combine sausage, baking mix, water and soup in bowl - mix well. 3. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full (or use paper liners). 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. May bake in miniature muffin cups for 18 to 20 minutes. 5. You can reserve drippings to prepare cream gravy to serve over the muffins. |
