Awesome hash, great with tortillas and sour cream. Ingredients:
1 pound hot crumble pork sausage |
1 medium onion, chopped |
2 medium carrots, grated |
1 medium green pepper, chopped |
3 cups diced cooked potatoes |
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage. 2. Add onion, carrots and green pepper; cook until tender. 3. Stir in potatoes, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. 4. Reduce heat; cook and stir for 20 minutes or until lightly browned and heated through. |
