Awesome hash, great with tortillas and sour cream.
Ingredients:
1 pound hot crumble pork sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
2 medium carrots, grated
1 medium green pepper, chopped
3 cups diced cooked potatoes
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage.
2. Add onion, carrots and green pepper; cook until tender.
3. Stir in potatoes, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
4. Reduce heat; cook and stir for 20 minutes or until lightly browned and heated through.
