delicious, tangy dip that you can serve with tortills chips. Ingredients:
1 lb bulk pork sausage |
1 lb lean ground beef |
1 cup hot salsa |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 (10 ounce) can tomatoes and green chilies |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
3/4 teaspoon ground oregano |
1 (32 ounce) box processed cheese |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, brown, cook sausage and ground beef for 15 minutes and drain. 2. Place in a 4-5 quart slow cooker sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. 3. Add salsa, mushroom soup, tomatoes, green chilies, garlic powder, and oregeno and stir well. Fold into cheese. 4. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour or until cheese melts. 5. Stir once during cooking. 6. Serve from cooker. |
