Ingredients:
1 cup(s) grits uncooked |
1/2 cup(s) chopped onion |
2 1/2 pound(s) shredded cheddar cheese |
2 eggs |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/8 pepper teaspoon(s) pepper |
1 pound(s) sausage |
Directions:
1. Cook grits according to package directions. Place sausage and onion in a skillet: cook until sausage is browned, drain. Combine sausage mixture, grits, 2 c chesse,eggs, salt and pepper. Pour into a 9 x 13 dish coated with cooking spray. Top with remaining 1/2 c cheese. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. |
