A delightful breakfast gravy. Made even better with the use of hot sausage and a large palmful of pepper.
Ingredients:
1/2 lb pork sausage
1 1/2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tbsp flour
1 1/2 c milk
Directions:
1. Brown sausage over medium heat.
2. Melt butter in pan, add flour and stir until combined and a little browned.
3. Slowly wisk in milk.
4. Cook over low heat until gravy is the appropriate thickness.
