Sausage Gravy

This gravy is good poured over biscuits, meat, or potatoes.
Ingredients:
1/2 lb ground sausage, of choice
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups 2% low-fat milk
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. To make the gravy, cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 8 minutes.
2. Sprinkle the flour over the meat and stir with a spoon until blended. Stir in the milk.
3. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring until thickened.
4. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
