Sausage Florentine In The Crockpot |

This is so incredible and easy to make. Ingredients:
1 pound original regular sausage roll |
10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry |
8 ounce can sliced mushrooms drained |
6 eggs |
3/4 cup milk |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Spray interior of slow cooker with nonstick vegetable spray. 2. In medium skillet over medium heat crumble and cook sausage until browned. 3. Place sausage in slow cooker. 4. Add spinach and mushrooms then stir to combine. 5. In small bowl beat eggs and milk until mixed. 6. Pour over sausage mixture then cover and cook on low for 6 hours. 7. Five minutes before serving top with cheese. 8. Recover to melt cheese. |
