A good tasting Sunday morning breakfast, For a crowd! Ingredients:
1 lb. pork sausage, cooked |
4 ounces mushrooms, sliced |
1/2 cup green onions, chopped |
2 tomatoes, chopped |
2 cups mozzarella cheese,shredded |
1 1/4 cup bisquick |
12 eggs |
1 cup milk |
1 1/2 tsp.salt |
1/2 tsp. pepper, more if you want |
1/2 tsp. dried organo |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven on 350F. 2. Layer sausage, mushrooms, green onions, tomatoes, and cheese in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. 3. Blend remaining ingredients. Pour over sausage mixture. 4. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and set. 5. Cut into 12 squares. |
