English muffins topped with egg, sausage and cheddar cheese. Ingredients:
2 english muffins |
4 eggs, medium |
1/2 cups milk |
1/2 pound ground sausage |
1 ounce shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 tsp pepper |
1/8 tsp mustard |
Directions:
1. Cook 1/2 pound of ground sausage 2. Toast 2 english muffins and place on 8 x 8 baking dish 3. Scramble 4 eggs and mix with 1/2 cup milk. Add pepper and mustard to taste. 4. Add cooked sausage to egg mixture-mix evenly. 5. Pour over toast. 6. Cook at 350 in preheated oven for 25 minutes |
