Another really good breakfast casserole. Ingredients:
1 lb bulk pork sausage |
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cream of potato soup |
9 eggs |
3/4 cup milk |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Brown sausage in a large skillet; drain and stir in soup. 2. In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk and pepper; stir into sausage mixture. 3. Pour into a lightly greased 11x7 baking dish. 4. Sprinkle with cheese. 5. Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean. |
