A great casserole for left over ham, chicken, turkey, or sausage! And you get your veggies, too! Ingredients:
1 pound broccoli florets |
1 pound sausage, cooked &chopped |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1/4 cup italian bread crumbs |
1 tbsp butter, melted |
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook broccoli and drain. 2. Line 8 X8 pan with broccoli and top with meat. 3. Mix soups, pour over broccoli and meat. 4. Sprinkle cheese over pan. 5. Mix butter and bread crumbs together well; sprinkle over pan. 6. Bake 350 until bubbly! 7. Also great to double and save half for later! |
