a simple but yet fun breakfast. Serve with fruit, hash browns or grits on Christmas morning or anytime Ingredients:
1 lb. bulk sausage; spicy or mild |
6 eggs |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Press raw sausage into muffin tins, bottom and sides making a cup 2. Bake at 300 degrees until done. DO NOT OVERCOOK. 3. Drain any grease that has accumulated in the cups 4. break 1 egg into each cup and return to oven 5. Bake until eggs are done to your liking |
