Sausage Cheese English Muffins |

These are great to keep in the freezer for those rushed weekday mornings. Ingredients:
2 lbs bulk sausage, good quality (i use jimmy dean) |
3 (5 ounce) jars kraft old english cheese |
18 english muffins |
Directions:
1. Brown sausage in large skillet or saucepan and drain. 2. Combine sausage and cheese and stir until cheese is completely melted. 3. Split english muffins. 4. Divide mixture equally by placing even amounts onto bottoms of english muffins. 5. Replace tops and wrap with plastic wrap. 6. Store in freezer bag and freeze until needed. 7. To use: Microwave for 1 minute. |
