Sausage Cheese Dip

This is a great dip with chips. It is a proven Super Bowl favorite!!!
Ingredients:
1 pound velveeta cheese
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 pound sausage
Directions:
1. Chop cheese into small squares
2. Drain Rotel tomatoes and add to cheese
3. Crumble and brown sausage on stove top.
4. Drain Sausage and run under hot water to get all grease off.
5. Add sausage to cheese mixture.
6. You can either microwave this dip until all cheese is melted, or put it in a slow cooker, depending on how soon you will serve it.
7. For longer parties, I use the slow cooker to keep it warm.
8. You can slowly add milk if the dip becomes thick, or add more cheese if you like.
9. This recipe is easy to change to add your own flair! Add more cheese, peppers, or leave out the sausage for a different taste.
