Day 2 Just something simple and satisfying to bring to work/school. Ingredients:
1 sausage (cooked, leftover) |
1 carrot |
Directions:
1. Slice sausage into bite-sized morsels. 2. Place in sealable container. 3. Wash & peel carrot; cut into sticks. 4. Once at work, you might want to nuke the sausage a bit if you have the option. (I was lucky and also had leftover cooked greens -baby kale & spinach - that was also yummy with the sausage.). |
