Ingredients:
1 egg, beaten |
2 tablespoons water |
1 pound bulk pork sausage |
2 cups crushed corn flakes |
Directions:
1. Combine egg and water in a small mixing bowl; mix well 2. Cut sausage into twelve patties. Dip each pattie in egg mixture, coating well; dredge in corn flake crumbs. 3. Cook patties in a large skillet over low heat, turning frequently, until browned and thoroughly cooked. Serve hot. |
