One pot dish. Ingredients:
1 lb pork sausage |
2 cups cooked brown rice |
3/4 cup milk |
1 stalk celery, chopped (optional) |
1/3 cup green pepper, chopped |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cream of mushroom soup |
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained |
1/2 cup american cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Brown sausage and drain. 3. Add to an ungreased 2 quart casserole dish. 4. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 5. Bake for 45 minutes. |
