These are so easy to make and taste like a sausage and cheese biscuit all rolled into one! This comes from the Jiffy mix recipe book. Ingredients:
2 cups jiffy baking mix |
1 lb sausage, cooked |
2/3 cup milk |
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Lightly grease a cookie sheet. 3. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. 4. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto prepared cookie sheet. 5. Bake 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. 6. Remove from cookie sheet and place on paper towel. 7. Store covered in refrigerator (if there's any left). |
