Sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast casserole. Ingredients:
1 lb cooked crumpled sausage |
1/2 lb grated sharp cheddar cheese |
8 slices white bread, trimmed |
4 eggs |
2 cups evaporated milk |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon mustard powder |
pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Put bread in casserole dish. 2. Break sausage over bread. 3. Sprinkle cheese on top. 4. Mis egg, milk, mustard, and pepper. 5. Pour over bread group. 6. Chill overnight. 7. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. |
